In late 2020 Delia D’Ambra is the talk of the True Crime Podcast world. Counterclock season 2 has gone viral and many people are shocked at the connection she made with season 1. At the end of season 2, in an interview with Ashley Flowers, Delia D’Ambra mentioned that she is hard at work on season 3. To make it even more exciting, Ashley Flowers said one of the biggest WTF moments in all of her True Crime podcasting career comes during season 3 of Counterclock.
Audiochuck and Ashley Flowers have said they are likely going to release season 3 of Counterclock in the spring of 2021. Can we really wait that long? So, what Outer Banks (OBX) town is going to be the setting of Counterclock Season 3? Here are the likely options:

- Duck
- Nags Head
- Corolla
- Rodanthe
- Southern Shores
- Hatteras
Obviously, Delia D’Ambra could go back to Kill Devil Hills or Manteo but it is likely the case that she is going to work her investigative expertise into another small town on the Outer Banks.
I recently published an article about the Counterclock Podcast coming to Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu. There was a time when the Discovery Channel, Investigative Discovery and other cable channels bought the rights to content because it was cheap. It will likely be the case that True Crime podcasts come to a streaming TV service in your living room in the next few years. You cannot find more riveting content and the streaming TV providers would not have to pay well known celebrities to act in the series. Let’s hope Counterclock Podcast comes to Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu in 2021 or 2022.
